  • Game Start:
    1. Teams must be ready to tip off at the scheduled game time. A 10-minute countdown starts once the refs and scorers are set up. Ex. If refs/scorers are all setup at 8:00pm, we start the clock 8:10pm. After that, the game clock will start, and the opposing team will be awarded 1 point for every minute your team isn’t ready. You can ask non-roster players to fill in, but their points won’t count.
  • No Shows:
    1. If your team doesn’t show up and the game gets canceled, you’ll still be responsible for paying the $80 ref/scorer fee. We’ll do our best to find a replacement, but since officials still showed up, it’s only fair your team covers the cost. Failure to pay will result in a reduction of your total games.

Coach and Team Check-In

Uniform Rule:
All teams must wear matching jerseys with visible numbers. Points will be awarded to the opposing team at the start of the game or start of the second half. Here is the bonus points detail : Top = 4 pts, Bottom = 3 pts , Aspire Logo=1 pt. It will only be award to the teams that shows up with uniform. If both of the teams shows up with no uniforms, then no bonus points will be rewarded.

Here’s why the uniform rules matter: Teams want to compete against squads that look put together, not a group of guys in mismatched shades of blue or random T-shirts with logos. Having matching uniforms makes it feel like a legit game, not a pick-up run. Plus, when everyone’s rocking solid colors, it makes the game flow better. You can spot teammates or opponents in your peripheral vision for fast breaks, long passes, and no-look dimes without needing to stare them down to figure out whose side they’re on. And let’s be real—photos and videos will be taken. You don’t want to look trashy in those shots. Represent your team and keep it clean!

Team Roster & Waiver Submission:
All teams must submit a complete roster

  • Rosters must be submitted via the Waiver Page or google forms

Team Check-In Process

  • Only players on final roster will be allowed to participate in the event

To be eligible for the playoffs, a player must have played at least 2 regular season games. If a player is found ineligible, their points will be deducted from the final score.

Schedule requests and Cheating

Cheating is Unethical!

  • DO NOT attempt to use ineligible players for a WIN; that is CHEATING!
  • May Result in forfeiture of game(s) or Disqualification of player(s)

Schedule Accommodations:
Schedule accommodations are not guaranteed and may require an additional fee to process.

  • Specific time requests, such as asking for games at 8 PM and 9 PM, will not be honored.
  • To have your accommodation request considered, register and pay early. Late registrants may not have their requests fulfilled.

Eligibility and Player Documentation

Team coaches are responsible that all players meet the player eligibility guidelines. Failure to comply, will result in team disqualification. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that one of the following be available for review or validation:

Player Proof of Age (one of the following)

  1. Clean Copy of Birth Certificate and Current Report Card
  2. Government Issued ID with D.O.B.

Once the game begins, no protests will be entertained. If a protest is filed, the player in question will be required to verify their origin by presenting a copy of their birth certificate, and their height will be measured on-site. Failure to provide proper documentation or meet the eligibility criteria will result in the player being disqualified from participating in that game.
